Summary

  • preserve the original displayed filename for dotfile assets when GitHub normalizes the raw asset name
  • match existing assets by label so overwrite behavior still works for dotfiles on later runs
  • add upload regression coverage for dotfile label restore and overwrite matching

Fixes #741
