Reviewed and approved by @phipag. Patch bump from 2.21.1 to 2.21.2 — includes a low-severity security fix (GHSA-2m67-wjpj-xhg9) and a regression fix for pre-1970 ISO-8601 timestamps. Clean single-line pom.xml change.
