Replace 3-option theme menu with single-click Circular toggle button in navbar

• Now there is 3 option to change theme.
• In Navbar there is Theme menu button replace with circular toggle button
• It is not match with current layout.
• And we need 2-3 click then after it changes mode

Describe the solution you'd like

The theme menu button in the navbar is use a 3 option dropdown (Light, Dark, Auto).

• I want to Fix a one-step button that toggle theme directly on click
• It also respecting system theme by default when no user preference exists.
